Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Damaged or Misprinted Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within [10 days] after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than [10 days] after the estimated delivery date.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please contact us at [freestategear@yahoo.com] with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos showing the damage or the print error.

If the error is on our end, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

2. Sizing and Exchanges

Every product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selection or "buyer’s remorse."

Please refer to the Size Chart provided on each product page before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.

3. Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

4. Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if applicable).

5. Returns Without Prior Contact

Please do not send any items back to the return address on the package without contacting us first. In many cases, we do not require the damaged item to be returned and can process a replacement based on photo evidence. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
